Infrastructure for Electronic Tendering Interoperability

چکیده
To conduct business on the Internet, many problems should be solved. Examples of these problems are: security, authentication, heterogeneity, interoperability, and ontology problems. The diicult problem here is how to combine disparate information sources to integrate them in an open environment like Internet. Many approaches were invented to solve this problem. We discuss the problem in the domain of Electronic Tendering. A mixed approach is proposed to provide an Infrastructure for electronic tendering interoperability

A Semantically Enriched E-Tendering Mechanism
E-tendering is widely used in corporate and government purchasing in e-business practice. Existing etendering platforms cannot solve semantic interoperability problems between heterogeneous e-tendering systems. This paper proposes a novel semantic-enriched e-tendering (SEET) approach, which enables heterogeneous e-tendering systems to be semantically connected and interoperable by applying coll...
متن کاملSecure E-Tendering Using Identity Based Encryption from Bilinear Pairings
An electronic tender system (e-tender) streamlines the tender process and thereby saves time and cost. Security requirements for e-tendering systems have not been closely scrutinized in the literature. In addition to the security concerns of conventional e-tender systems—authentication, integrity, privacy, and non-repudiation are provided. This paper identifies key issues to be addressed in the...
متن کاملHospital information systems interoperability in Iran
Introduction: Interoperability is needed when the Hospital Information System (HIS) data should be combined and shared with different systems. This study was aimed to determine the semantic and technical interoperability of hospital information systems of Iran’s health care centers and propose guidelines to create and develop interoperability of these centers. Methods: This descriptive st...

متن کاملDefining Security Services for Electronic Tendering
A major step is required to integrate critical legal requirements into e-tendering system design. The current systems using ad-hoc security mechanisms do not meet the legal requirements for forming a complex electronic contract. This paper analyses the etendering process and its legal obligations. The mapping of these obligations to security policies has identified a set of essential security s...
